This week was good! On Monday we went to Prospect Park in Brooklyn with the zone and had some pizza so that was a good time! And on Tuesday we went back to Brooklyn so we could have district council with our zone leaders and stl's.
On Wednesday we got to give a Book of Mormon to one of our friends and he was so excited to read it! It was super sweet! We also called one of our media referrals who wanted a bible and we invited her to church and she said she would come with no hesitation, but sadly she ended up having some health things and wasn't able to make it.
We also had a super cool experience on Friday while street contacting. We ran into this guy and he started telling us about how he went to the sacred grove and had a super cool experience with that and he still remembers it to this day. He also mentioned that he has a Book of Mormon in his drawer at home. We didn't end up getting his number sadly, but he was a super sweet dude!
There was a tornado warning here as well this week on Saturday and there was a crazy storm so that was fun! haha We also had some Tim Horton's which was delicious!
We also had so many people committed to church this week, but sadly a lot of them were not able to make it, we did have a guy from my facebook come though so that was awesome!
I read one of my favorite scriptures this week and wanted to share it!
Mosiah 4:9
"9 Believe in God; believe that he is, and that he created all things, both in heaven and in earth; believe that he has all wisdom, and all power, both in heaven and in earth; believe that man doth not comprehend all the things which the Lord can comprehend."
